KOZ Painting & General Contracting provides residential and commercial services including (but not limited to) painting, remodeling, window tinting, epoxy flooring, lawn care, and general contracting. The scope of work will be agreed upon in writing before a project begins.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are free and valid for 30 days.Final pricing may vary depending on materials, project changes, or unforeseen conditions.
Any additional work requested outside of the original scope may result in extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
3. Payments
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in additional fees.
4. Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, delays due to weather, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will communicate any changes promptly.
5. Quality and Warranty
We stand by the quality of our work. If an issue arises due to workmanship within 1 year of project completion, we will address it at no additional cost.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage outside of our control is not covered.
6. Liability
KOZ Painting & General Contracting carries general liability insurance.We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or for issues caused by materials chosen by the client.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property during agreed work hours.Clients should remove personal belongings and fragile items from the work area prior to the project start.
8. Website Use
All content on this website (logos, images, text) is the property of KOZ Painting & General Contracting and may not be used without permission.
We are not responsible for external links or third-party sites.
9. Changes To Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
